Payment

 

Payments are accepted through Paypal, a secure on-line payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you don't need to sign up to use this service, and can pay directly through Paypal by credit card.

 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING 

 

Standard shipping is 10$ for all regions. 

Express airmail is $25 worldwide (please contact us to make sure production time meet your needs).
 

All items are made to order and Handmade. Orders are shipped within 7-21 business days, due to Handmade Processing time. 
 

Orders are shipped by registered air mail with a tracking code. Shipping from Israel usually take 2-3 weeks, delivery times are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed the following week. 

We are aware of the urgency to receive your purchases, and enjoy the use of theme, in the shortest period possible. Therefore, we will make every effort to shorten your waiting time.

It is the buyer responsibility to pay any taxes that customs might claim.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

All pieces are hand made from natural materials with lots of love, care and attention, there for each piece is unique, and no two are the same. Please allow small imperfections.

It is very important for us that you are happy with your jewelry, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us to receive a replacement.  All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.                                             

Please email us at ya.jewelrydesign@gmail.com  before posting any item back to us, so we can process your request. Quote your name and address, details of product and reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed. We are unable to accept returns that have not been agreed prior to shipping.

Please pack your product properly and send it as a registered delivery (with tracking number) for your own protection, as any items lost in transit will not be considered for refunds or exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.                

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Care

 

Your piece was hand finished and therefore delicate in nature, it should be treated accordingly.                                                  

When you're not wearing your jewelry you should store them in a dry place. Avoid moist places, like bathrooms, that will make the sterling silver pieces tarnish extra quickly.

 

In order to keep your jewelry looking its best please follow these instructions:

925 Sterling Silver
Sterling silver can be cleaned with Silver Cleaner Solution and cloth, please follow manufacturer's instructions. Remove jewelry prior to showering, before bathing in the sea or a swimming pool, and before going to bed. Prevent jewelry from coming in direct contact with cleaning or beauty products.

 

Oxidized Sterling Silver
Oxidized sterling silver will wear over time, revealing the natural silver beneath for a beautiful antique finish. Oxidation can be renewed using liver of sulfur solution at local jeweler or at home, please follow manufacturer's instructions. You are welcome to send us your jewelry for renewing the oxidation. Remove jewelry prior to showering, before bathing in the sea or a swimming pool, and before going to bed. Prevent jewelry from coming in direct contact with cleaning or beauty products.

24k Gold Plated  brass (nickel free)
Remove jewelry prior to showering, before bathing in the sea or a swimming pool, and before going to bed. Prevent jewelry from coming in direct contact with perfume, body lotion, cleaning or beauty products that can damage the plating.

 

Repairs for items broken due to customer wear & tear, renewing of gold plating and resizing are available, please contact us for rates.
